Opened in 2003 with more than 1,100 students, Michael G. Wickman Elementary School remains the largest elementary school in the Chino Valley Unified School District.  Nestled between the rolling green Chino Hills State Park and the lovely Los Serranos Golf and Country Club, the school site is often host to local wildlife including hawks and rabbits (after school hours, of course.)  Wickman is the proud home of Winner the Wildcat, a championship track team, internationally recognized Kiva Kids, a full theater troupe, and a diversified collection of eager learners, parents, and staff.  In May of 2008, and again in 2012, Michael G. Wickman Elementary School was honored with a California Distinguished School Award.  The CDSA flag flies high above the campus every day.♥

Wickman's Track Team
What a Day!!

Wickman's Technology Lab, which has been open in the before-school hours for the past several weeks thanks to Mrs. Klassen, will not be open again before school. Testing of the upper grades requires before-school prep in the Lab.

FYI, the Cat's Paw General Store will be open AGAIN
Tuesday and Wednesday, May 20 and 21.

Students may wish to save their Wickman Bucks to purchase VIP seating to the year-end assembly on the blacktop. VIP seats are $30 Bucks. Teachers will coordinate the purchase for students, or students may wait until May 20/21.

Registration to Wickman ’14-'15
Registration for Wickman must be in person and NOT on-line this year, or until further notice.

Wildcat

Pledge

I am a Wickman Wildcat.

I pledge to praise people,
To give up put-downs,
To seek wise people,
To notice and speak up about hurts I have caused,
To right wrongs,
To help people,
And to always do my best.
I know that to receive respect means I must give respect.
I promise to build peace at school, at home, and in my community every day.
